An Update with the New Camera

So I just bought a new cheap little camera to take on little adventures and I realized that I had some more fun Easter pictures plus some other fun things that I thought I should post real quick. Below is Madelyn spending time with one of our good friends Adam.

 This is a picture Madelyn took of Evelyn in the stroller on the way home from the Easter Egg Hunt! She did a pretty good job!

Here is Madelyn opening her wonderful surprise package from Aunt Larva!

 Yes Aunt Larva you really hit it on the nose. Princesses and nail polish. Which if you were wondering the picture on the box is painted with the nail polish you gave her. After she painter her toes (or should I say leg) she wanted to pain more, even after I explained that she had painted her toes there was nothing left to paint.  Then all on her own she said look mom!  I walked around the counter and she had painted a picture of me and her on the box!  What a creative little bean.

And YES!!!! Evelyn is finally crawling!

Happy Easter

On Saturday we hid eggs in a near by park. Then we let Madelyn and her friends go hunting.  It was a lot of fun.  It took Madelyn a few min. to figure it out, but by the end she loved it. And then for the rest of the day she talked about it and even into the night.  She woke up around 3 am and came into my room and climbed up in bed and said, " mom can we go on another Easter egg hunt in the morning?"

I told her no, and the she said, " I think I might still have some candy left in my egg." 

I then cut her off and told her to go to bed.  I was worried she was about to get a 3 am sugar high that I would never recover from.

Easter Sunday was of course fun.  The bishop gave a great talk and then offered doughnuts to anyone who could tell him what his talk was on.  And true to his word he was passing out doughnuts in the parking lot after church.  You got to love Cali.

After church we went to a fun Easter dinner at my good friends house

Happy Birthday Daddy

This year for Daddy's Birthday we made chocolate cup cakes because I like chocolate.  I figured that because I was cooking I would choose for Dan which cake it would be.  I think it was the first time in the whole 6 years that I have been cooking his cakes that there wasn't any funfetti involved. So far there are no complaints, but the day is not over yet...

Well there was a fun video of us singing, but I can not figure out how to put the video on, so hear are a few pictures of the little celebration.  If you look close Evelyn is doing patty cake.
