Miss Madelyn Walking

So one of the great things that Madelyn picked up while we were in Idaho last month was the concept of walking.  Being around a handful of active cousins motivated her to the next stage of mobility.  While she was a bit hesitant at first, the past month or so of practice and confidence building has paid off.  For not being much of a crawler she has certainly taken to walking with great enthusiasm.  It is so fun to see her marching around the house trying to drag her toys to us as an emblem of her new found strength and balance.

We're Back!

We had a wonderful trip visiting family.  We were able to attend a Willcox sibling reunion.  It was great to get together with everyone and share our lives with each other for a little while.  Madelyn loved playing with cousins as always and she loved playing with grandma's and grandpa.

As you can tell they interact well together.

Uncle Tyler flew into the local airport in his big helicopter.  It was great to see him fly over head!

As you can see, I even got to take Madelyn up for a flight.

Then right before we left we were able to hit up a small town parade for the 4th. It was great fun!

Well, we didn't take very many pictures, but we had a lot of fun.
