Valentines and updates

This is just a fun picture of Madelyn trying on the apron that Grandma Willcox gave me for my birthday!

Turns out she likes it a lot!  She thought she was wearing a blanket, and well if you don't know this about Madelyn, she loves blankets.  She is a bit like Linus off of Charlie Brown.

I almost feel like these pictures explain themselves!  This is a small example of what climbing into her oven has turned into.  Yes, she thinks she now can climb into any small space including the fridge.  She is starting to enjoy her fridge adventures more and more because snack time is literally at her finger tips.

I love this blog called "Make it and Love it"  This lady had a whole section on taking old clothes and making them into something else.  I decided to try out her idea of taking my old sweater from college and turning it into a dress for Madelyn. 

Last but not least, Valentine's Day!  Madelyn recieved these fun balloons that made odd shapes when they were blown up, new socks from her dad, cute heart clips, and a new shirt for her baby doll from grandma. Then we decided to recreate the Melting Pot in our own home.  So we made a broth fondue and a chocolate fondue and we sat back and enjoyed each others company as we at our yummy food. Madelyn's favorite dish were the chocalate dipped prezels.  It was a great day to remember our love for each other.
